Practical examples
- Spring fundraising drive: Create a campaign. Donors can choose an amount and you can show goal progress.
- Classroom volunteer shifts: Create a Signup Group. Each shift can have its own capacity.
- School activity with free and paid choices: Create Signup Groups (Free + Paid). Set payment per group.
- School dance admission: Create a Ticket event. Set a price, total inventory, and per-order limit.
- Prize drawing: Create a Raffle event. Sell packages and let signed-in members assign tickets to prizes.
Signups and events share the event editor and require start and end times. Campaigns use a separate fundraising editor and can have an end date but no event time. Campaigns always start as drafts. New signups and events let you choose Draft or Active during creation.
For any paid option, connect a Stripe account and choose it as the payout destination.
